I have updated my blog and picture. Yep. I still don’t know what the hell i’m doing. But at least my blog doesn’t look like a freaking den of doom now.

I knew there was something wrong in this gif.
I’VE FIGURED IT OUT.
In the Eleventh Hour, Rory’s badge reads:
Rory is 30ish during the Angels Take Manhattan episode.
He’s (presumably) sent back to 1938.
1990 - 1938 = 52 years, 52+30 = 82 years old
The date the badge was issued is the day he died.
Holy Mary, mother of fuck.

S: The thing is, the Benedict everyone sees is a little different to the Benedict we know[…] so the Benedict that all the girls love and stuff, it’s- it’s a myth.

Doctor Who, the empowerment of the average woman through the triumph of the every man: Part three; Donna Noble
[Part one: Rose Tyler] [Park two: Martha Jones]
Rose Tyler was a shop girl who looked in the heart of the Tardis. Martha Jones as a young doctor who walked the Earth. But Martha Jones? Oh, Donna Noble was just a temp who became the most important woman in the universe.
I have a soft spot in my heart for Donna. She is my favorite new Who companion. Let me tell you why.
When we first meet Donna, she proclaims she is nothing special. By all means, she really isn’t. Like the others before her, she is an everyman. Easy to relate to, Donna was a woman who felt like she was wasting her life. She wasn’t good at anything really, of no real importance to the world.
But what she brought to the show and to the Doctor’s life can not be underestimated. Donna was never the Doctor’s love interest requited or unrequited. They were friends. Best friends. Buddies. Pals. Mates. Donna saw this weird twiggy alien boy as an equal. She gave him balace, told him to stop when he needed someone to tell him that, held his hand when he needed his hand held.
Her most stunning moment for me is “Turn Left.” We see what Donna’s life would be like if she never met the Doctor, but we also see what the EARTH would become if not for HER. Without Donna, the Doctor dies, Martha dies, Torchwood dies, nations fall, hundreds of innocents are killed, the end of the fucking world. Because of DONNA.
And in the finale, Donna is able to save everyone. She becomes part time lord herself, saves the world, saves the future, for everyone. She literally becomes the most important person in the world.
However, tragically, Donna’s victory is short lived. All the power inside her begins to kill her, and Donna has to revert back to the person she was before. She has to forget the Doctor, their time together. She has to forget HERSELF, forget how AMAZING she can be.
Donna will never know just how incredible, how important, she really is. And that breaks my heart.
From the everyman, tot he most important woman in the world, to the saddest most tragic fucking thing to ever happen in New Who im my opinion, Donna Noble is memorable and fantastic.
